My name is Roger Farrell. I have been an entrepreneur since I was 18 years old. I went to university with one goal: to eventually own my own companies. I started in accountancy not because I wanted to be an accountant, but because I understood that knowing the numbers was the foundation of running anything successfully.
Over the following 30 years, I worked as a Financial Director across businesses ranging from £100,000 turnovers to £100 million. I led a management buyout of a manufacturing group. I opened a children’s daycare business that continues to trade today as a multi-million pound operation. I built an accountancy practice, acquired multiple firms, and spent years working with business owners across sectors — IT, manufacturing, financial services, education, retail, and more.
